The remodeled bathroom is in keeping with the home’s character, with a period tile job and weathered cabinets. This Victorian house in Bay Shore was decorated with authentic period furnishings. Restoration fixtures were ordered to match the look. The energy efficient window we installed replaces a 200-year old window. Paint was stripped from original moulding, so that it could be reused in the new bathroom.

The new window is designed to look old. The look is completed with an antique medicine chest and wardrobe cabinet. We were able to keep the original window jambs and just replace the sash, saving us from having to mess with the exterior siding and inside trim.
New tile and fixtures complete the project.
