This Smithtown unfinished basement space was converted into a playroom in the front, a home office, a laundry and storage room and an exercise room. We installed heat and electric throughout the basement. The old utilities are now in an enclosed area which allows for better use of the space for living area.
After: Office and Gym: New walls, heat, drop ceiling and electric transform this space. The crawl space in this basement also has a pull out sleeve to allow access.

Gym. The new workout room has built in closets for the boiler and the water meter.
