This new door and portico were installed on the back of this Smithtown house after the new back steps were installed. The new arched ceiling of the portico is vinyl soffit custom fit to the new space and to go around the new light fixture. The new fiberglass columns add some formality to the entrance way, and support the new portico. The old awning, storm and entry door were removed. The small window next to the door was also replaced with an energy efficient model. Both storm and screen were replaced.
After installation, the new door and portico offer protection from rain and improve the back door entry of this home.
