Wooden deck and dual staircases provide safe entry for this mobile home. The previous entry was a lightweight aluminum platform, which was rickety and had no space at the top of the stairs. This new sturdy deck makes it easy for the homeowners to get in and out of their mobile home. The deck gives the ladies space to load groceries, and security when leaving their home.
These elderly ladies wanted safe access to their home, which used to have a lightweight metal staircase. This new small deck is very sturdy, with secure railings, and has stairs on both ends. The pressure treated structure has turned spindle ballusters and a pressure treated lattice detail for a cleaner look.
