Until we put in these stairs this homeowner couldn’t reach the beach at the base of their property. Newly poured concrete pilings, pressure treated framing and stairs with three landings changed all that. This steep cliff required installation of new pilings and completely framing out the stairs and a small deck part way down.
This waterfront home had no access to the beach at the base of their cliff. The homeowner dreamed of a way to get to the water without hiking through poison ivy. We installed deep concrete pilings and built this staircase with 3 integrated platforms: The top landing platform, the middle resting landing with a bench seat, and the final platform and stairs to the dock.
